As a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, I provide nutrition and lifestyle guidance that supports digestion, energy, inflammation, and overall health. My work focuses on whole‑food nutrition, symptom patterns, and personalized strategies that help you build long‑term balance.
The Mediterranean way of living is simple, joyful, and deeply connected to nature. It begins long before the first bite — it starts in the mind, when we smell food, think about food, and prepare food with intention. This awakens the brain–gut connection and sets the stage for calm, healthy digestion.
It’s about real ingredients: fresh herbs and spices, rich olive oil, vegetables from the garden, fish from the ocean, and meat from animals that were grass‑fed and lived well. Food that is grown, raised, and prepared with respect.
It’s also about slowing down. Cooking with passion. Sharing meals with family and friends. Sitting together, talking, laughing, and creating memories around the table.
Somehow, this way of living has become controversial — as if choosing whole, simple ingredients is unusual. But this is how humans have always eaten. This is the art of living well.
The Mediterranean lifestyle is not a diet. It’s a rhythm. A connection to food, to people, and to the body. It’s nourishment that supports health, digestion, and emotional well‑being.
This is the lifestyle I want to bring back to people — a return to real food, real connection, and real joy.
I don’t offer quick fixes — I give you a roadmap.
A clear, supportive path that helps you understand your body, reconnect with your health, and find your own balance. My role isn’t to tell you who to be — it’s to guide you toward your goals with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
That’s how Balance By Me was born — from the desire to help YOU find YOUR way back to balance.

"Follow your heart and allow the passion- not the body we're living in - to be your guide."
