My path into holistic health began long before it became my career.
Growing up in a Mediterranean household, food was always an important part of everyday life. Much of what we ate came from the garden or local farmers, and I grew up surrounded by fresh ingredients, herbs, traditional remedies, and a simple way of living that taught me to appreciate the connection between food and well-being.
My mother, a nutrition professional for more than 25 years, was one of my earliest influences. Her passion for nutrition sparked my own curiosity and taught me from a young age that what we eat can influence how we feel, our energy, and our overall well-being.
My connection to this field became even more personal after my father was involved in a serious car accident in 2002. During that time, I witnessed how nutrition and functional medicine became part of supporting his overall well-being. That experience stayed with me and strengthened an interest that would eventually lead me back to this work.
Although holistic health had always been close to my heart, my first career took me in a very different direction: business analytics and sales.
In 2022, I made the decision to change paths and pursue what I had always been drawn to: holistic health. Since then, I have dedicated myself to extensive education and professional training in nutrition, functional approaches, digestive wellness, and clinical practice.
Today, I bring together the two sides of who I am. I value science, evidence-informed nutrition, and understanding patterns, while also believing strongly in looking at the whole person. Nutrition, digestion, stress, sleep, lifestyle, environment, and emotional well-being can all be part of the bigger picture.
Moving to North America also gave me a new appreciation for the Mediterranean lifestyle I grew up with. The contrast between fresh, simple foods and a culture where convenience and highly processed foods are often part of everyday life reminded me just how much I valued those early lessons.
That philosophy remains an important part of who I am today: The Art of the Mediterranean Lifestyle. For me, it’s not about following a perfect diet. It’s about real food, simplicity, connection, enjoyment, and creating a way of living that supports you.
In my work, I take the time to listen to your story and look beyond individual symptoms. My approach is personal, supportive, and rooted in understanding the factors that may be contributing to how you feel.
My mission is simple: to walk beside you on your path to well-being, offering clarity, compassion, and guidance that is personal to you.
Your path to lasting vitality begins here.
